At LV Yacht Club, we are committed to providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey for all our clients, we have outlined the following policies:

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings must be made in advance with a valid deposit
• Full payment is due before departure, unless otherwise arranged
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At LV Yacht Club, we understand that plans can change. However, please note that all deposits are non-refundable

• We offer the option to reschedule your charter if needed
• In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will help you find a suitable alternative date based on availability
• Refunds are not part of our policy

3. Guest Conduct

We ask that guests behave respectfully and follow the crew’s instructions throughout the charter

• Disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or unsafe activities will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund

4. Food & Beverage

• Guests may bring their own food and beverages unless otherwise arranged
• Catering services are available upon request with advanced notice

5. Damage & Liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter
• LV Yacht Club is not liable for any personal injuries or losses during the charter

6. Pets & Smoking

• Pets are allowed on board with prior approval
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only

7. Privacy Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
