LV Yacht Club Policies
1. At LV Yacht Club, we are committed to providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey for all our clients, we have outlined the following policies
• All bookings must be made in advance with a valid deposit.
• Full payment is due before departure, unless otherwise arranged
• Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At LV Yacht Club, we understand that plans can change. However, please note that all deposits are non-refundable
We do offer the option to reschedule your charter should you need to change your plans. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will gladly work with you to find a suitable alternative date based on availability. Please note, refunds are not part of our policy.
3. We ask that guests behave respectfully and follow the crew’s instructions throughout the charter. Disruptive behavior, excessive intoxication, or any activity deemed unsafe will result in immediate termination of the charter, with no refund.
4. Food & Beverage• Guests may bring their own food and beverages unless otherwise arranged.
• Catering services are available upon request, with advanced notice.
5. Damage & Liability:
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the charter.
• LV Yacht Club is not liable for any personal injuries or losses during the charter.
6. Pets & Smoking:
• Pets are allowed on board with prior approval. Please contact us for more details.
• Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
